Dr. Riyadh A. Al-Mustafa
Chairman
Dr. Riyadh is the Chairman of GULFRAY. He is also the Chairman of Dar Al-Mustafa Engineering Group, a prominent Saudi construction company. In addition, he is a Board Director of several developmental companies in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Gulf region. With both a managerial and academic background, Dr. Riyadh is the former member of the Civil Engineering Department at the King Fahad University of Petroleum and Minerals. Dr. Riyadh has lectured in Civil Engineering at the University of Petroleum and Minerals, Dhahran. He has worked in a managerial capacity for the Saudi Bahraini Cement Co. in Dammam as well as the Saudi Kuwaiti Co. His fields of expertise include; the production of precast concrete products, real estate development and feasibility studies of projects. Dr. Riyadh’s professional highlights include obtaining the American Society of Civil Engineers’ T. Y. Lin award for 1989, as well as the Appreciation Certificate from HH Prince Mohammed Bin Fahd, Governor of the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia. Dr. Riyadh held chairmanship of Qatif Municipality Council and was a member of the Private Education Committee at the Chambers of Commerce. Dr. Riyadh is an honorary graduate from the King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals as well as graduate of the University of Texas in the United States.
Alawi A. Al-Khabbaz
Director
Mr. Alawi has been appointed as a non-executive Board Director of GULFRAY. Mr. Alawi is a shareholder and Financial Director of Al Manara Electric Company, an agent for international companies in Saudi Arabia and Middle East such as Panasonic. He has extensive experience in the trading, banking, manufacturing and contracting sectors across the GCC. Mr. Alawi holds a bachelor degree in Commerce & Political Science from King Saud University in Saudi Arabia.
Abdullah H. Al-Ghazal
Managing Partner, Co-founder
As one of the co-founders of GULFRAY, Abdullah has played a crucial role at the success and development of the company. His strategy was to establish a company with national values and international standards. His prior experience was in the oil and gas sector. This was a key factor in developing his knowledge of the international oil market, supply chain management and industrial plants operation. Abdullah received his bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering from University of Manchester in the United Kingdom.
Ali R. Al-Mustafa
Managing Partner, Co-founder
As a co-founder of GULFRAY, Ali has been leading the development and implementation of the corporation’s strategic plans since its inception. He oversees the day-to-day operations of the business. Ali is the driving force behind GULFRAY’s robust supply and marketing strategies. His main responsibility is building alliances with reputable international suppliers and distributors. Beside GULFRAY, Ali’s responsibilities extend to being the Deputy Manager of Dar Al-Mustafa, a family-owned engineering and construction group. He is a Virginia Tech graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering.
Wesam S. Al-Mustafa
Financial Advisor
With his corporate banking experience, Wesam is serving as the company's Financial Advisor. Having worked for three Saudi banks, Wesam specializes in financial risk management. This gave him the edge to be the company's trusted Financial Advisor. His expertise is engaged when venturing into new territories or expanding to new business lines. Wesam holds a bachelor degree in Information and Computer Science from King Fahad University of Petroleum and Minerals in Saudi Arabia.
